Parenting Time in Arizona

Parenting Time is a term used to describe the time a parent spends with their child regardless of the type of custody, joint custody or sole custody, determined by the court.

During parenting time, the child and parent are together and the parent has the right and responsibility to make routine, daily decisions that are consistent with the child’s care and major decisions made by the child’s custodial parent or parents.
